Ranch-raised; buy meat that you can SEE where it came from and talk to the people who’ve handled that steer from birth to finish! Our animals are part of our livelihood, and we utilize low-stress handling techniques, rotational grazing, and local-sourced non-GMO feeds (mostly grown on-farm); never given hormones or feed-through, unnecessary antibiotics—all to ensure we are producing meat we can fully endorse as healthy and natural. They're raised on grass and finished on a forage ration of chopped hays.

We sell quantities from a whole steer down to halves and quarters, and we now have straight hamburger boxes availabe as well. Prices includes cut & wrap, and are as follows:

Hamburger is $4/lb

1/4 is $5/lb

1/2 is $4.75

Whole is $4.50/lb

Delivery options can be arranged as well.

Team up with friends and family and split a whole steer, at a fraction of the cost—and risk—of what you can buy in the grocery stores!! Remember that shares contain the high-dollar steaks like t-bones and ribeyes, as well as cuts like sirloin and stew meat, for that low price per pound--pretty good deal!

We will have beef on-hand at the farm and available for pick-up after the beginning of February as well.

We are able to take credit cards, both in person and over the phone, and we’re enrolling to take EBT too (I believe that people from all income levels should have access to wholesome, quality food).
